We aim to send all goods that are in stock within 3-4 days from the order date.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and with the attached receipt or proof of purchase.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Please note, sale items are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or credited.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method, as soon as the goods are received and processed, excluding the initial shipping cost.
Aurane London reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are deemed damaged upon return - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We do not offer returns on antique items (unless damage occurs in transit) due to the fact that all the pieces are entirely unique and will show wear consistent with age.
Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.
